Our classes are more than a fitness class. Our classes are filled with women JUST LIKE YOU! We are a tribe of supportive women who lift each other up. We come from many different backgrounds, we have a variety of parenting styles, we represent a number of seasons, but we come together in a supportive space to lead a healthy life for ourselves and our families.

PEAK FITNESS BENEFITS
Meet Our Team
Anne Burik
Owner, Instructor, Run Coach
Anne became involved in the pre & postnatal fitness industry, through Baby Boot Camp, ten years ago when her oldest son was under a year old. Anne was inspired by a part of the fitness industry which helps moms to remain active during their pregnancy, and after, all while including their children in the experience. She enjoyed working out with other like minded moms and the interaction among their children. Shortly after the birth of her second son, Anne was bitten by the running bug. She has now completed many 5Ks, 10Ks, Half Marathons, as well as two Full Marathons. Additionally, Anne became a certified Run Coach which has allowed her to develop and teach 5K, Half and Full Marathon training programs.
Wanting to return to the workforce while including her family and fitness. Anne purchased a Baby Boot Camp franchise in Estero and Fort Myers, June of 2015, and has enjoyed bringing the same great experience to many more moms in the area. In 2020, Anne decided to evolve her business and launched Peak Fitness with the desire to reach more women in the SWFL area. Everyday, she is inspired by the strong women she meets in her community and watching the support they offer each other in this motherhood journey.
Kari Harris
Instructor
Kari Harris is an AFAA certified group fitness instructor who previously taught Baby Boot Camp classes for 6 years, and is currently starting the process to teach again with Peak Fitness. She lives in Estero with her husband, Steven, and 4 kids. Kari has always been passionate about health and fitness and loves sharing her knowledge with others as well as learning new tips and ideas for optimal well -being. She enjoys teaching fitness classes where she can encourage, challenge and inspire women who are pregnant or post partum to reach their personal fitness goals.
Mary Kazor
Instructor
Mary moved to SWFL in 2007 shortly after graduating from FSU with a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate and Finance. Her husband, Dean, is what brought her down here from her hometown of Ormond Beach, FL. She worked in Commercial Real Estate as a licensed Real Estate Broker and Property Manager for 7 years, and has transitioned to working from home in Finance after having her third child. When her youngest was 5 months old she was eager to be physically and socially active. She found Baby Boot Camp right before MOLO started in 2016 and quickly found that she loved the exercise and friendships. After a year of attending class regularly and two successful MOLO seasons, she felt called to become an instructor. She recalls always having an interest in Health and Fitness, and even started out as a Dietetics major when she first began at FSU.
Mary is excited to impact other Mom’s lives in a positive way through Peak Fitness. You will often find her with all three children: Jacob (age 8), William (age 6), and Leah (age 4).
Katelyn Houbre
Instructor
Katelyn moved to Florida from Massachusetts in 2011 with her now husband, Matt. She worked as a financial counselor and collections manager before having her first son, Corbin in May of 2017. She has always loved playing sports and being active but since moving to Florida couldn’t find the right fit at a gym. After trying Baby Boot Camp in August of 2017 she fell in love with the workouts, atmosphere and group of moms. She made a MOLO goal to become a group fitness instructor while pregnant for baby boy #2, Atticus. Now, a work from home mom of 2 boys, Katelyn is ready to teach class and continue to be a part of the amazing group she joined 2 years ago.
